Coastal Crush

Coastal Crush Lacrosse aims to grow the game of lacrosse throughout Hampton Roads by providing competitive opportunities for lacrosse athletes, and a comprehensive introduction to the sport for newcomers. We provide a professional and consistent experience for players and families, strong communication, robust coach development, and appropriate age-level competition. We seek to bring the Peninsula and Southside lacrosse communities together to expand the game throughout our entire tidewater region.

Coastal Crush develops players and coaches to build a culture of fairness, growth, inclusion, and competition. We work with youth programs throughout Hampton Roads to create a pipeline of competitive athletes for our area high school programs as well as college recruitment. We developed our Crush Elite Travel program, specifically for girls who want to elevate their competition and are underserved in this area. 

Coastal Crush is committed to equity and inclusion in lacrosse. We aim to provide any player interested in the sport with the opportunity to play. We partner with US Lacrosse, local businesses, and individual donations to provide scholarships through Crush-4-All, as well as free player and coach development opportunities.  We seek to grow the game in areas of Hampton Roads without a strong lacrosse presence. We are thankful for every opportunity generously provided by our university partners.

Coastal Crush Lacrosse was founded by four women with extensive lacrosse, coaching, and community involvement experience. Our dedicated founder and management team are committed to ensuring a positive experience for players and families while growing the game in Hampton Roads!
